Absolutely delicious, however a little pricey for small tacos. The adobada here is to die for! The tacos are true to traditional street taco size however, so expect to eat a few. At 2.50 a taco, they're not exactly breaking the bank but aren't cheap either. Menu is Bert limited and straight forward. You want find chicken or rice on this menu lol.

My husband and I are doing intermittent fasting so here's a happy tip: the Birria broth! Excellent depth of flavor.
We enjoy everything on the menu here. -

WTH happen to this place?! I'm so disappointed in how the portions of the tacos have gotten smaller but the prices higher. Look I get it prices might go higher & I don't mine paying more if the food is great & portions are good. Well that's not the case here no more. The meats are still good but smaller & mainly covered with onions & other trimmings & honestly I can't taste some of the meats because of that & the tortillas are smaller too! I use to eat 5 tacos & fill somewhat full now a toddler can eat 5 tacos & wont fill full. The birria soup is still very good & portions are still ok & that's probably the only thing I'll get now if I come back (I probably will I love their broth for their birria) but I won't be spending big money on small tacos that won't fill up a toddler if he ate 5.
I still love their birria one of the best in San Diego & the customer service is ok but man they honestly probably have one of the smallest tacos served in SD now, sad but true, with tax included their close to $2.50, for the size they are it's not worth it. They have a location in TJ & their tacos are bigger & cost less! So maybe I'll go there for their tacos. This use to be one of my favorite spots but not any more, I'll just come back if I'm craving birria & hanged over. -

Ordered an adobada quesadilla. I realized the size of the tortilla was a regular size one, I changed my order to a burrito .... same size ! Wtf I'm literally Paying $7 for a large size taco. LITERALLY ! The prices are outrages for the size of their tacos & flour tortillas. I could of paid the same amount & gotten better tacos at Tacos El Gordo.

Just came in here. Flies are all over their food. I still proceeded to order. After receiving my adobada burrito I realized that this burrito is the size of a large taco. WTH. A burrito is not suppose to be served on a taco size tortilla. Especially when the price is $6.25 a piece. For this burrito and a soda was almost $10. The burrito was so greasy. And yes I love Mexican food and have eaten it for 30+ years.
Best of luck I am not sure that your business will last with these prices, the quality of your food and the rude cashier.
